Hours after the Reina dance club aggressor was gotten in Istanbul this week, the Turkish government's press office conveyed a tweet, citing President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"I served as PM of Turkey for a long time," it said. "Individuals' way of life has never been meddled with and won't be from this time forward."
It was a reiteration of what the president had said in his first discourse after the New Year's Eve assault - "No one's way of life in Turkey is under deliberate risk. I ask the liars saying it: who meddled with your sustenance or drink or garments?"
Mr Erdogan was reacting to affirmations that his Islamist-inclining government encouraged an atmosphere in which non-Muslim festivals and liquor fuelled gatherings could be focused on.
