Tayyaba torture: Judge Raja Khurram barred from judicial duties


Raja Khurram Ali, designated in minor house keeper Tayyaba torment case, has been halted from playing out his obligations as Additional District and Sessions judge.

A notice has been issued in such manner here Thursday.

As per the warning, Raja Khurram Ali Khan was banished from performing legal obligations on the orders of Chief Justice Islamabad High Court and different judges.

Raja Khurram has been requested to work at Islamabad High Court as OSD.

Tayyaba, a minor house keeper worker, was tormented professedly by the group of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Islamabad, Raja Khurram Ali Khan.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar had taken suo moto notice of the torment.

Listening to the case, Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday sent Tayyaba to the Sweet Homes, a shelter which gives offices of boarding, training, games and co-curricular offices to destitute kids, till the personality of her actual guardians couldn't be built up.
