STRASBOURG, France: Muslim guardians can't decline to send their little girls to blended school-run swimming lessons, Europe's rights best court discovered, controlling on a test by a Turkish-Swiss couple who contended the classes damaged their convictions.

The court decided that the refusal by dominant presences in the Swiss city of Basel to absolved the couple's two girls from swimming lessons was advocated by the need to advance the kids' social mix.
