Suicide bombing in eastern Baghdad market kills 6
At least six Iraqi civilians were killed when a suicide bomber struck a market in eastern Baghdad on Sunday, according to a police source.
Police Officer Hatem al-Jabri told Anadolu Agency the incident in Al-Baladiyyat area also injured 15 others.
The area has been cordoned off, he added.
The attack came only hours after a car bomb went off in another market in the Baghdad district, Sadr City, which killed 10 civilians and injured 18 others.
No one has claimed responsibility for either of the attacks.
