Kim Dotcom can be extradited, New Zealand High Court rules
Kim Dotcom, the organizer of substance sharing site Megaupload, can lawfully be removed to the US, New Zealand's High Court has ruled.
Dotcom is needed by the US on various charges including misrepresentation and copyright encroachment.
Three other Megaupload denounced can likewise be removed, the court stated, maintaining a prior decision in the District Court
The four have said they will request against the choice.
