70 tenants told to praise 'hostel' or lose deposits
Occupants living in an "unapproved inn" have guaranteed they were told they would lose their stores unless they submitted written by hand letters applauding their living conditions.
Dillon De Brun, who gathered lease from 70 occupants living in a five-bedroomed house, sent a gathering instant message requesting them to compose letters to be utilized as confirmation in court.
The messages read: "alright so this is what will happen.
"I require each occupant to compose a manually written letter for me to provide for the judge . . . about the amount they adore living in the house and how ye can't bear to discover a house somewhere else as they is [sic] no place as modest or accessible!"
He added that he would hand these letters to the judge "and address him myself".
Mr De Brun was utilized by Christian Carter (29) to deal with The Pines, Lehaunstown, Cabinteely, and gathered the lease every month for his sake.
